shipping

How long until my order ships?
Every tee is made on demand by our print partner once your order comes in. Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping then takes 5–10 business days depending on where you are. Worst case start to doorstep: about 2 weeks.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $50.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also check status any time on the track order page.

What if my package gets lost?
Email us with your order number and we’ll either replace it or refund you. We don’t play games about lost packages.

sizing & fit

How do they fit?
Oversized boxy fit, true to size. If you’re between sizes or want it tighter, size down. If you want it baggier, size up.

What’s the fabric?
220gsm premium heavy cotton. Soft hand-feel, not see-through, holds its shape after wash.

Will it shrink?
The cotton is pre-shrunk so it should hold its shape. Just keep the wash cold and skip the high-heat dryer cycle.

care

Machine wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print — flip it inside out or use a cloth between the iron and the graphic.

returns & refunds

Can I return it?
Yes — 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns just because you changed your mind on a worn or washed tee. If the item is defective or wrong, that’s on us and we’ll fix it.

How do refunds work?
Once we receive the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Easiest way is to return the original and place a new order. Email us first if you need help making it work.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change or cancel within the first 12 hours after you order. After that, production has usually started and we can’t pull it back. Email us fast if you need to fix something.

Is my payment info safe?
Checkout is handled by Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment system. We never see your card number.
